This compact, skid-mounted three-stage water softening & pre-treatment system is built for reliable continuous or scheduled operation. It integrates three independent filter tanks on one common skid: quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchange softener. This all-in-one pre-treatment unit effectively removes sediment, rust, chlorine, organics and water hardness, protecting downstream RO, boilers, heat exchangers and pipelines from scaling and fouling.
It is widely used as pre-treatment for reverse osmosis systems, boiler feed water, circulating water, hotel & domestic water, food processing, light industry and commercial water supply projects. Flow rate and tank material are fully customizable to match your raw water conditions and project capacity requirements.

Core 3-Stage Filtration & Softening Process
⚙️ Quartz Sand Filtration
Removes suspended solids, sediment, rust, colloids and large particulate matter, reduces water turbidity, protects subsequent filter media and automatic valves from blockage and abrasion.
⚙️ Activated Carbon Filtration
Adsorbs residual chlorine, organic contaminants, color and odor in raw water. It prevents chlorine oxidation damage to ion exchange resin and RO membranes, improving water taste and clarity.
⚙️Ion Exchange Water Softener
Strong acid cation exchange resin removes calcium and magnesium ions, drastically lowering water hardness to prevent limescale formation on pipes, heat exchangers and RO membranes. The automatic valve controls timed backwashing, regeneration and salt rinsing to maintain stable soft water output.
