Core Filtration & Purification Process
⚙️ Quartz Sand Filtration
Removes suspended solids, sediment, rust, and turbidity to protect downstream components and prevent clogging.
⚙️ Activated Carbon Filtration
Eliminates residual chlorine, organic compounds, odors, and color, preventing RO membrane oxidation and fouling.
⚙️ First-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Removes over 98% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, and other contaminants, producing primary pure water.
⚙️ Ion-Exchange Softening
Reduces water hardness to prevent scale buildup on RO membranes, extending their lifespan and maintaining efficiency.
⚙️ Second-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Further purifies the first-stage RO water, removing residual ions and organics to meet high-purity water requirements.
⚙️ Electrodeionization (EDI)
The final polishing stage continuously removes residual ions without the need for chemical regeneration, producing ultra-pure water with resistivity up to 18.2 MΩ·cm.
