Reverse osmosis core desalination technology
The core of the Containerized Brackish Water Water Treatment Plant is reverse osmosis (RO) technology, the principle of which is based on the selective permeability of semi-permeable membranes. Under high pressure (1.5-3MPa), water molecules can pass through the membrane holes, and impurities such as salt, heavy metal ions and microorganisms in the brackish water are retained. The equipment adopts reverse osmosis membrane, the pore size of the membrane is only 0.0001 micron, the desalination rate is as high as 98.5% or more, it can effectively remove fluoride, sulfate and other harmful substances, and convert the brackish water into fresh water with TDS (total dissolved solids) less than 500 mg/L.
Multi-stage pre-treatment guarantees the stability of the system
In order to extend the life of reverse osmosis membrane, the equipment integrates multi-stage pre-treatment system. Raw water first passes through multi-media filter (filtration speed 10m/h), through quartz sand, anthracite and other media to retain large particles of suspended solids; and then into the fine sand filter (filtration speed 5m/h), to further remove the colloid and small particles, to ensure that the inlet water turbidity <5NTU. For high turbidity water, the system can be equipped with additional clarification and sedimentation tanks, through the addition of ferric chloride polymerization (5mg/L) to make colloidal cohesion and sedimentation, and also add sodium hypochlorite (2mg/L) to make colloidal cohesion and sedimentation, as well as the addition of sodium hypochlorite (2mg/L). At the same time, add sodium hypochlorite (2mg/L) to kill microorganisms and prevent membrane contamination.
Modular Design and Intelligent Control
The equipment adopts a 40-foot standard container to integrate the whole system, including pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, cleaning and control modules, which occupies 60% less floor space than traditional equipment and supports rapid transportation and deployment. The internal PLC intelligent control system is equipped with real-time monitoring of inlet pressure, conductivity and water production and other parameters, when the pressure of the high-pressure pump is lower than 0.05MPa, automatic shutdown protection. The equipment also integrates a physical/chemical dual-mode cleaning system, which can regularly backflush and chemically soak the membrane module, extending the membrane service life to 5-8 years and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
