I.  Large-Scale Reverse Osmosis Systems Water treatment Equipment Overview

 In most industrial water scenarios, the water quality requirements are relatively low, and a conductivity of 0.1us/cm - 20us/cm is usually sufficient to meet the demand. The conductivity of primary reverse osmosis water can be less than 10us/cm, but this value will be affected by the water conditions, such as water temperature, raw water conductivity. Ⅲ. Large-Scale Reverse Osmosis Systems Water treatment Equipment Configuration Description

1. Raw water pump: provides sufficient power for the pretreatment process, and the pressure is generally controlled at 0.2 - 0.4MPA.

 

2. Automatic quartz sand filter: the main function is to retain the impurities, sand and other suspended matters in the water. It adopts full-automatic control valve and can be backwashed regularly. The current time and start time of backwashing are set during commissioning, and subsequent manual intervention is not required.


3. Full-automatic activated carbon filter: It is mainly used to adsorb residual chlorine (common bleach component) in tap water. Since chlorine is oxidizing, it will decompose the oxidized membrane when it enters the reverse osmosis membrane and affect its performance. The backwashing of this filter is the same as that of the quartz sand filter, and an automatic control valve is used to realize fully automatic flushing and regeneration.


4. High-pressure pump: the reverse osmosis membrane relies on pressure to realize the separation of water and ions, and the high-pressure pump provides the necessary pressure conditions for the normal water production of the reverse osmosis membrane.


5. Reverse osmosis system: it can effectively remove metal ions and various salts in water, so that the produced water reaches the standard of industrial water, and the desalination rate usually reaches 96% - 99%.

Ⅳ. Large-Scale Reverse Osmosis Systems Water treatment Equipment Functional description

1. Control mode: PLC + touch screen automatic control, the control line adopts 24V safety voltage, to protect the safety of operation.


2. Monitoring function: the touch screen is equipped with a process flow screen, which can dynamically monitor the pumps, switches and liquid levels, so that the operators can understand the real-time operation status of the equipment.


3. Alarm function: with alarm recording function, when the equipment is abnormal, it will issue sound and light alarm in time to remind the operator to deal with the problem.


4. Convenience of operation: The automatic mode adopts one-button startup, which makes the operation simple and easy to understand and reduces the difficulty of operation.


5. Anti-bacteria breeding: In order to realize no dead angle in each section, when the primary and secondary water tanks are full of water, if no water is used at the terminal within two hours and there is no change in the level of the terminal water tank, the system will automatically circulate the water to the tap water tank, triggering the whole system to recreate water, preventing the pipeline from breeding bacteria due to the long period of time of non-mobility.


6. Anti-RO Membrane Oxidation: In order to prevent the ozone contained in the terminal water (ozone is oxidizing and will oxidize the RO membrane) from damaging the membrane, a UV device is installed in the pipeline of the terminal water returning to the tap water to break the ozone and protect the RO membrane.


7. Flexible settings: the signal point of each tank level switch system and the parameters related to RO flushing (e.g., start-up, cycle time, ozone sterilization start time, etc.) can be modified on the touch screen, and there is permission management to ensure the safety and standardization of the adjustment of the operating parameters

of the equipment.
